The volunteer will always be immersed in a group work environment, both in the organization itself and in the specific project. One of the objectives is that the volunteer can have a better understanding of how we work, how the organizations work. And, of course, that they can be part of that: preparing lunch for the community, doing activities for the children in the pre-school, distributing the tasks in the gardening project, teaching classes, and having a support team always.
